These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rossobash SRL, the company incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica that operates Rockyspin. This agreement governs account registration and use, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using Rockyspin in any capacity, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point, and we will restrict or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed. You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration and update it promptly if it changes. Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin and Tron. The minimum deposit is approximately €25, varying by country and payment method; a minimum deposit of €20 qualifies for welcome bonus offers. All payment instruments must be personally owned and name-matched to the account; deposits made from shared, business or family accounts may be confiscated. Cryptocurrency deposits below the per-coin minimum shown on the deposit page are not recoverable. Withdrawals must be returned to the original deposit method, and full KYC verification is required before any cashout is processed. Active deposited funds must be wagered 3 times before a withdrawal request can be submitted. The minimum withdrawal is €50, rising to €120 depending on country of residence and payment method, and withdrawal caps are set at €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week and €10,000 per month at base loyalty rank, with higher limits available at elevated loyalty tiers. Withdrawal processing takes up to 72 hours on the casino side, with cryptocurrency payouts typically completing within 24 hours end to end; card payouts are processed via Visa Original Credit Transfer and Mastercard Payment Transfer and are subject to acceptance by the issuing bank. Wins above €10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 until the full amount is settled.

Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, published alongside the offer, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonus activity on Rockyspin. The welcome package carries a wagering requirement of 40x the bonus amount; bonuses are sticky, meaning the bonus amount is not withdrawable and is removed once wagering is complete. The maximum permitted bet during any active bonus wagering period is €5; bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The maximum cashout from welcome bonus winnings is 10 times the bonus amount, and Free Spin winnings are capped at €50. Welcome and reload bonuses are valid for 7 days from the date of issue; the default validity period for other promotions is 14 days unless stated otherwise. Game contributions towards wagering requirements vary: slots contribute 100%, buy-feature rounds contribute 50%, live roulette and blackjack contribute 10%, instant win games contribute 5%, and table games, scratch cards and other live games contribute 0%. Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time; bonuses cannot be combined. We reserve the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where we identify bonus abuse, advantage play, or breach of these terms, including use of a promotional code where the welcome package is active.

Responsible Gambling

Dispute Resolution

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
